DUPLA Trade FAQs | Wholesale Padel Rackets
Trade enquiries
Who can stock DUPLA?
We work with padel clubs, venues, specialist racket shops, sports retailers and wholesalers worldwide. DUPLA is a trade-only racket brand; players can find a local stockist through our store locator.
Can clubs use DUPLA rackets for hire as well as sale?
Yes. Use DUPLA Carbon and Carbon Plus in your hire fleet and offer the same models for purchase. At a £10 hire fee, seven hires generate £70, covering the £65 racket purchase cost before operating costs. Repeat hire lets players get comfortable with a model before deciding to buy their own, helping your hire fleet support retail sales.
What is the opening order?
The opening order is 20 rackets. Our rackets are made to order, so production begins against confirmed trade demand.
What is the trade price?
The trade price is £65 per racket for the DUPLA Carbon and DUPLA Carbon Plus. Recommended consumer pricing starts at £160. Contact us for a current quotation and delivery estimate for your location.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit is due to start the production run. The remaining 50% is due when the order is ready for delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Lead times depend on the production run and destination. We will confirm the production and delivery schedule with you before you place an order.
The two-racket range
What is the difference between Carbon and Carbon Plus?
Both are carbon fibre composite rackets with a 38 mm profile, soft EVA core and XL sweet spot. Carbon Plus has an additional carbon layup for a firmer, more responsive feel than Carbon. That gives shops a simple two-racket range to explain to players.
How is quality controlled?
Every new racket is individually inspected after production. DUPLA records batch and serial numbers alongside production details, including temperature, time, pressure and the person responsible, so each racket can be traced back to its manufacturing record.
Is there a warranty?
New DUPLA rackets carry a 12-month warranty. Contact us with the racket's serial number and a description of the issue so we can review a claim.
How do I enquire?
